The Central government are responsible
for the national environmental policy. There are required to contribute to the sustainable
economic development and to the health and safety of people by maintaining and
improving the quality of the environment.
Within the central government there is a department of health. The
department of health is responsible for public health and regulating the
NHS.  The NHS has “A legal duty to
involve and consult the public about the running of local health services.
Patients should be listened to and actions taken to meet their concerns” (Accessed 14/01/18) There are
responsible for the primary care services and these are the following: GPs,
Dentists, Pharmacists, Optometrists and specialized services. Children and
young people have the right to a good life. This means being part of a
well-supported loving family, having friends, trying new things and having fun.
Children and young people tell us they want to go to their local school and get
a paid job when they become adults. Families should expect coordinated support
and the services they need to make that a reality. The NHS help children and
young people because there make sure the needs are meet at home. Therefore,
this will benefit children who have been impacted with disabilities massively
because there will ensure that the child has opportunities to attend schools
with the support that is required. The nurses within the hospital are required
to ensure staff in schools and colleges have a good level of support and
training to work with children and young people with a learning disability.
Children and young people should receive the correct support in terms of
developing and maintaining positive relationships to reduce the risk of social
isolation. Therefore, with the help of this support children will feel less
vulnerable as there will be able to reduce the chances of feeling vulnerable.
It is vital that the staff in the NHS provide these factors as this is
essential in terms of the child’s needs. The nurses should be able to make
reasonable adjustments as this will allow children to access a range of
universal services. These universal services may include the following:
Childcare, Playgroups, Playgrounds, Youth clubs, Sports, and Leisure.  The TCPs should ensure high aspirations for
children and young people with a learning disability, autism or both by
commissioning a full range of training grounded in equality and inclusion for
staff working in a wide range of universal and specialist settings; including
training on the social model of disability, learning disabilities and autism,
supporting children who display behavior that challenges, and why supporting
parents and carers is important. The NHS are required to have a duty of care.
There should provide resources for children and these disability Matters
materials which have been co-produced with parents and carers and young people
including those with these this range of needs. Families and individuals with
direct experience of learning disabilities, autism and challenging behavior
should be involved in the delivery of the training wherever possible.  Ofsted is the “Office for Standards in Education,
Children’s Services and Skills” (Accessed 14/01/18) There are
responsible for inspecting and regulating services that care for children and
young people, and services providing education and skills for learners of
all ages. There will help children massively as there will ensure that
children are receiving the correct support in terms of their education.  There are responsible for inspecting many
things and these are the following: Childcare, adoption, fostering agencies and
also initial teacher training. This will benefit children as there will be
making sure that teachers are doing the job correctly and making the child the
priority. Within the process of going to the school Ofsted will also publish as
this will give them a better indication as to what the schools need to do, to
improve the quality of the child’s education. There will also regulate a range of early years and children’s social care services, making sure
they’re suitable for children and potentially vulnerable young people. The
central government also provide social services and there are responsible for
assessing the needs of services. Social services have the responsibility of
making sure that all children and safe, there also have the responsibility to
encourage the welfare of vulnerable children and adults. This will benefit
families massively as social services will be able to provide a wide range of
services for children and their parents. However, families may feel anxious as
in terms of social services getting involved as there may feel as if there will
