Abstract:-

Domestic violence on women is a serious
problem. Violence on women is not a new thing. Men are used by their men
because of their evil and their sovereignty. And women’s violence and women’s
biggest problem worldwide, especially verbal, physical and abusive,
commercially and economically, do not let women know their rights. Domestic
violence against women, especially oral, adultery and abusive is a serious
concern. These murdered women burn and die. This is known as farming in the
village, it is also a big problem. Where women are alive, innocent lives are
killed, burial of innocent lives, it is a serious fact of tradition of Sindh;
what we have surveyed such a village is, therefore, sad that this tradition has
its own the stars have taken a lot of funeral. The severity of education has
made it and its awareness. That’s why I’m sharing this with you. I am hoping
that women oppressed should reach in front of the adversaries. Women are
tortured, and this is a serious problem. Women who live alive, innocent and
innocent, who are known as cruelty in the village. It’s also a big burning
problem. People need to stop being part of this system and people are notified
about this system. In this article, I will argue that violence against women
and their abuses and their rights will not be informed about. People need to
stop being part of this system and people should not be aware of this system. I
will discuss this article. About against women and violence against them. What
kind of strategy do we need to promote a free and secure environment? And how
can we fight on individual, organizational and country level?

Introduction:-

I
write this, I am very pleased that I am writing something on violence against women
in Khairpur Mir’s Sindh. Khairpur was founded in 1973 by Mir Souhrab Khan of
the Talpur dynasty and served as the capital of the former princely state of
Khairpur until 1955.

My
own self is often faced with women who often suffer from some oppression and
see them.

This
paper start with a brief survey of the status of women in the pre Islamic area,
it then focuses on the major questions, “what is the position of Islam”‘ and
regarding the Islam of women in society? How similar or different is that
position from the spirit of the time, which was dominant when Islam was
revealed? How would this compare with the “right” which was finally gained by
women in recent decades?  Violence on women is now a common
matter in our society. When it is our religion in our religion. If a woman is in
the form of a mother, she keeps paradise under the feet and if she is in a
daughter, then she is honored by her father.

The
woman thinks of a strange thing. The woman is also educated in the era of age.
It is a fact that she is a man who lives in the house. Yes, I do not have so
much freedom that she cannot give her opinion. It is decorated with jewelry of
education. It is not only that he will not get education; he will ask for his
own land and share in the property. Nor will she be able to marry her
and whatever girl or woman who does such a thing will be stopped. The ransom is
a serious wrongdoing that the girl is either alive or buried or buried alive.
And very well tell this to the man’s family. That we have killed in honor and
it is not a crime neither is it a punishment for those people. I will describe
the violence against such oppressed women, with the hope that some conditions
will be improved.

of aligned with females in Tallka Khairpur Mir’s Sindh

Definition
of violence:-

There
are two types of women violence. Violence encompasses (bodily) image, vocal or
sexual acts that are veteran by a women or girl as threats, invasion, or
assault (attack) and that have the result t of soreness her degrading her and or
captivating away her capability to control contact ( intimate and or else) with
one more (individual).

There are
two types of violence too.  Social
violence and other domestic violence.

Types of
violence:-

There are many types of violence,
but we will split this violence into two types of violence 1- Social violence,
2- Domestic violence and explain it).

1. Cultural
hurdles

2. Domestic
violence

3. financial
problems

4.
Language problems

5. Legal
problems

6. Lack
of education facilities

7.
Social
violence

1-  Cultural
problem:-

                       Community may exclude her
if she leaves partner. Her culture may find it acceptable for a husband to beat
his wife and her to endure (tolerate) it protection of spouse’ standing in
community, cultural norms concerning a women’s place, her role and family expectations,
Responsibility to siblings. Her divorce may scare off her siblings potential
suitors.

2-  Domestic
violence:-

Is
unrelenting and sinister. Is inflicted by an intimate partner or as the case
may be. Continues over a period of the time (chronic) limits avenues of escape
for the victim. The criminal acts specifically defined in the law they are.
Assault, criminal damage, custodial interference, endangerment, imprisonment,
intimidation, kidnapping, trespass, disorderly conduct –by fighting, awkward
noise, abuse verbal communication, or irresponsible show or display or
discharge of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument.

“Domestic relationship” means a
relationship between people who live, or have at any point of time live as one
in a household when they are related by Consanguinity, marry,

3-  Economic
problems:-

Economic
problem dependence on the husband. May not have work authorization, thus
employer may not risk hiring her low paying job with no benefits or job
security. She may not be eligible for public assistance fear that reporting the
abuse may leave her without support.

4-  Language
problems:-

Each
region has different languages ??and separate lives. The reason for which it is
known. The person in whom a person is born knows the language of it; it is the
language of that area Sindhi all people speak in their own language. If English
is considered dialect everywhere, but still lacking education in the village,
this language does not come to all people, some people still have some problems
due to social but due to lack of education everywhere has problems. Because of
the lack of access to professional professionals due to access to services,
police and courts services. Better and comfortable calm life cannot pass, or
cannot get jobs or use any kind of services.

5-  Legal
problems:-

Women
often do not make any legal reason for due to discrimination and inaccessible
questions asked in the court. And due to less education of some women, they are
more aware of their rights, because of no amount of money.

6-  Lack
of education facilities:-

Lack of education in the
middle of the people has been put forward as a major cause of violence, unqualified
human being are easy to be persuaded to commit the crime become they have no
high ability of thinking. Many terrorists’ belive crazy things: they are more
likely to do extreme things.

An
educated woman can become a better society. It is time that the woman is also a
jewel of education .So education is a way to teach people how to live. But
sadly, it has to be said that today in some areas of education, it is also some
area where education is not considered good for women, The
education of women increases further by improving education, and can perform
everything better and more than a educated woman can run your home better than
a reader, The
education of women increases further by educating them, and can perform everything
better and more than a educated woman, a woman can run her home better in a
better manner, women in this village There is no better system available, there
is no permission to teach girls, nor is it an educational trend, educational
and health facilities are not available,

There
is a girl in school that is located about 5 kilometers from the village, where
it is not possible for girls to go, it is also a reason, lack of education.
There is no better system of good life, no School is 5 kilometers away, there
are no government teachers in the survey, and we got the school closed.

7-  Financial
abuse:-

Harassment
at work partner or women who lower themselves often make mistakes due to low
income due to holidays and desire to get mischief by harassing women or the
girl. Or also blackmail for having legitimate relationships. I have an abusive
and unclean ambition at the time when men do not perform their duties in a
house carefully. So it is necessary for a woman to find a job or job outside of
the house, it is not necessary that she has the entire tech environment. In
rural villages it is often that there any five heads of money make misconduct
from their poor employee and women and girls of their house, it is a negative
aspect of Sindh political people.

8-  Social
violence:-

a)
Physical (P.v)

b)
Verbal (V.v)

c)
Sexual (S.v)

d)
Emotional (E.v)

e)
Economical (E.v)

f)
Technological(T.v)

g)
Age differentiation (pre wedding)

h)
Acid Throwing (A.T.v)

i)
Karo karri.

8-(a)
– Physical violence:-

Women’s
bodily violence often leads to domestic violence, jewelry and money,

Domestic
violence often leads to domestic violence, jewelry and money for women; for
example, often it is abusive, behavioral error, hitting, sliding, punching,
lapping, burning, alien, harmful, personal Troubleshoot property, threats,
killings and arms with waves and then to control the wrong use of medicines.

8-(b)
–verbal:-

The first
to call oral violence with women is to call on the wrong names; the negative description of verbal violence on
women can be described in this way. That the first element of oral violence
with women is to call it wrongfully,

This relationship is spoken verbally and unjustly, in any way verbally abusive
noise, wine, screaming, running, angering, unbelieving, cruelty and stressing;
.It is often seen in everyday life.

Verbal
violence is described as a negative defining statement tells to the victim or
about the victim, or by withholding any response, thereby defining the target
as non-existent. If the abuser does not immediately apologize and retract the
defining statement, the relationship may be a verbally abusive one.1 Anger
underlies, motivates and perpetuate vocally insulting deeds, Make treat,
calling name, and noise awkward remarks.

The
negative description of verbal violence can be described in this way. That such
cruelty and zoology are spoken verbally; the preliminary violence against women
is to be called by mistake. The relationship which is verbally abusive, giving
flowers, fabrication, hardness of speech, pressure on noise, and strengthening
its sovereignty. Anger, work, disgrace and not encourage. It is often seen in
everyday life.

8-(c) – Sexual:-

We will
explain here about sex abuse in women, sexually an abused woman on women has
become a culture. Speakers about it are facing problems themselves.

And
without any other party’s consent, this action involves every sexual behavior.
We can describe it as a few examples:

To compel
any partner to keep sex with others. Women’s trafficking is also done for this
work.

? Follow
the sex movement when fear is not fully known or not afraid to say it

? To
physically comply with or interact with a partner for a sexual intercourse.

?
Physically-reliable partners for sexual intercourse.

? Do not
keep interference / intention to keep sex with protector partners.

8-(d)
– Emotional abuse:-

Emotionally
abusive abuse on women occurs when a debate partner tries to control their
love. For example:-

Everything
they call their partner to gain benefit from emotionally in love, extremely
embarrassing, threatening or harassing, attending disgraceful words, criticism
and criticism, in all these ways women Violence and their emotional passion.

8-(e)
– Economic hurdles and violence:-

 Economic
barriers and violence

 It
is not a new thing to have economic barriers on husband’s dependence on women.
Lucky women do not have permission to work outside the village, no girl or
woman can get her happiness. This is why they are living due to their
circumstances. This is also a major reason why poverty is not low, and that is
why poverty is not decreasing. And there is no such amount due to lack of
resources in the village, which can lead to better life.

And
once again, if a girl or female village goes out to see whether she is studying
or working, she is severely tortured.

8-(g)
– Technological:-

This
technique is used as a deliberate talk, motivations and abusive, and
blackmailing. Young youth and young men use this technology to blackmail and
attract pornography of girls mostly, often because of lack of education due to
social media failure (Pornography) take animation on women’s house in the dock.
Her partner has to control. People of all ages can join it. But the trend is
very common among the ninths. And all these movements are used to blackmail
innocent girls.

This
technology and social media often unusually agree. Examples include:

(I) To
keep and hack information of partner email and personal accounts,

 (ii)
Going to the information and location of the GPRS, researching mobile calls and
messages.

(iii) To
obtain personal data and network accessory tracking tools and incoming
communication interactions on cellular.

(vi)  Demanding your wife’s security pin code and
knowing all the details.

8-(g)
– Age differentiation (pre wedding):-

The people
of this village are inhabited by all the inhabitants; the marriage of girls in
the village is not customary for them. And no marriage is known to them since
their marriage, (as a woman has given this right to God), an ancient age is
established that one is to marry in the same race, if any If a boy does not
belong to himself, a girl is admitted to any person that she is twice as old as
a girl. It is because of fear; most people get married to their girls soon in
childhood. It is also the case that the person should not be married outside of
his family or else he will have to share in the property, so he does not marry
anywhere other than himself,

8-(h)
– Acid Throwing:-

One of the
most important issues in women’s violence is to cook acne, which women are not
going to meet with anybody’s malignant intentions, putting them on top of girls
in exchange for punishment or getting personal care. Goes, only one case has
come this year,

8-(I)
– Karoo Kari:-

There have
been a series of rape cases in this village; Regarded a close road, the Cairo
area is also settled, Gathering is a serious crime, which has no punishment in
Sindh, but also understands its respect and respect, any girl knows that she
likes someone and then her and her companion, they burst in living places, or
kill both the companions and kill them, they do not have to offer a bath, nor
do they offer funeral prayers. It is very proud of family and family,

Violence
related to poverty and work-related stress:-

First
of all, I offer details of poverty in Sindh; Sindh is one of the most important
Individuals in Pakistan, and the maximum limit of poverty is passing through
2000 to 2017. And who is spending just Rs 200 to Rs. 3,000 daily. The main
reason for poverty in Pakistan is low education and unemployment of fewer
parents, and there is no ability to adequate education facilities in
incredible, Arabic language and read and understand the Koran, and it is not
considered good. Is the government does not look at all the facilities in the
village, and it does not make any difference to the facilities in villages and
ignores the form of all such methods.

The
status of women in Islam:-

Islam
has given women rights exaggerated, that are not found in any other religion, and
Women from about half of her population of the country, but their situation has
been grim for centuries.

Analysis
report/ recommendations:-

            To get
better the rank of women within the general public, education & Illiteracy
are varying perceptions, simple access to law and order, moral support of the
victim, urgent situation managing.
