brand name and the income of the place Sometimes due to high charging and low
budget resort doesn’t provide appropriate support resources to the workers and

Issues

 Target market (Sherlock, Tracie ,2014).  not chosen well , according to the hotel
standards the company is confused as in which market to target i.e. they are
not clear which type of guests to mark for which will help in increasing the
revenues for the hotel , so that the hotel can earn profits and it will then
help the company to pay the hotels debts.

Old techniques are used in the hotel for
promotion, the hotel in not aware with the new techniques for doing promotional
activities which is affecting the brand and the hotel negatively and thus
decreases the arrivals of guests and brand promotion, without good promotion
techniques the footfall of the guests will not increase  .

Trained staff can do better promotional
activities  i.e. how much the staff is
trained and willing to do work effectively and efficiently which will help the
hotel to do correct type of promotion and target market will be affected
proportionally. Skilled staff acts as a chain between the hotel increased
revenue and the guests .

Even if the staff is skilled then also they are
not given proper chance to execute there ideas by which the hotel is not able
to apply new ideas and then only they will know that on which track they have
to follow that will help the hotel to earn revenues and make some profits.
