Buddha I ask you to seriously consider

Buddha once said, “To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.”. I strongly agree with this quote. Regular participation in physical activity great improves physical and mental health.Would you like a class full of happy, concentrated and smart students? Physical activity is the key! Regular participation in physical activity can actually improve academic performance. After a long interesting lecture students need a break to stretch and get their get their blood flowing again. According to Andre Picard, a public health reporter, only 88% of students in Canada receive the recommended 90 minutes of physical activity a day. At SRB we only receive 50 minutes a day! By adding an extra 20 minutes of activity in class, we can achieve 70 minutes in total, including both resses. A study was conducted which proved that even one session of physical activity can improve scores on tests, enhance concentration, and create better moods in the classroom. Just ask the Columbia University, the New York City Health Department and Department of Education, the Universities of Illinois, West Virginia, and California. They have all published research that stands behind the need for extra physical education in the school system. Physical activity keeps students healthy and on track for a great academic experience.   I believe that you are most dedicated teacher in our school. You are a born leader and you have exceptional communication skills. You have a great personality, a deep knowledge and understanding, a good sense of humor, you are an exceptional listener and you are friendly and kind. You passionately care about each and everyone of your students improving and getting the best education. You are exemplary in your approach of teaching. A great teacher is warm, accessible, enthusiastic and caring. You are all of these amazing attributes combined. Since you care so much about your students education you will take every possible step to create an environment for us to succeed. That is why I ask you to seriously consider my idea and give us all the opportunity to excel in what we do.Wouldn’t you want a OCDSB Director’s award? It is an award that only given to the best of teachers. Nominees must be creative, enthusiastic and professional, just like you! By accepting my proposal other teachers around the school will see the difference you are making, and they will follow your lead. Soon enough the small initiative will become a board wide effort. Principals and managers will notice your contributions to the district and it’s students and they will definitely give the Directors Award to you. I believe you deserve this
